Salted caramel cake :
Ingredients for Sponge
Eggs 4
Caster sugar 225 gm
Flour 225gm
Butter 225 gm
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt pinch
Method : butter or suagr ko ak sath beat kren jb fulfuly ho jaey to eggs add kr de one by one phir dry ingredients add kr k 180c pr bake kren
Ingredients for Caramel sauce
Brown sugar 200 gm
Butter 90 gm
Heavy cream 120 grm
Salt 1/4 tsp
Method : brown sugar ko paka le jb golden colour a jaey to us me butter add kr phir heavy cream add kr k thanda kr le
Ingredients for Caramel cream
Butter 200 gm
Brown sugar 100 gm
Icing sugar 100 gm
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Whipped cream 250 gm
Caramel sauce as required
Salt to taste
Method : butter , brown sugar or icing ko ak sath beat kren jb fulfuly ho jaey to us me vanilla essence salt or whipped cream add kr de akhir me caramel sauce add kr k cake ke frosting kren

Brown sugar 280 gm
Vanilla essence 2 tsp

Baking soda 1 tsp
Flour 310 gm
White chocolate chips 100 gm
Dark chocolate chips 100 gm

Butter , brown sugar , vanilla essence ko ak sath beat kren jb creamy ho jaey eggs add kr de fulfuly ho jaey to dry ingredients add kr de phir thore der freezer me rakh de jb thanda ho jaey to round boll bna 189c pr 12 say 15 tak bake kren
Almond tart :
Ingredients for Short pastry
Butter 200gm
Icing Sugar 100gm
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Condensed milk 2tbsp
Flour 300grm
Salt pinch
Filling
Almond 250 gm
Honey 75 gm
Sugar 45 gm
Butter 20 gm
Method

Essence or salt add kr de doughko thanda kr le jb thandi ho jaey to cutting kr k mould me laga de
