Butter Chicken is the most known Indian Cuisine in the World but today we are making as the Starter known as Butter Chicken Tikka - Kebab for all the Non-Veg Lover by Chef Varun.

Butter Chicken tikka is as Indian and as non-Indian you can get at the same time. Developed to satisfy the population’s craving for mild curry, Chicken Tikka Kebab holds a prominent place in Indian restaurants around the world. Its beauty lies in the fact that it is quite easy to prepare at home as well.

2 Boneless breasts, sliced

Marination 1
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp mustard oil
Salt to taste

Marination 2
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp thick curd
2 tbsp cashew paste
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp White Vinegar

Method: Let's start with the first marination for which add Mustard Oil in the bowl with Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder mix it all together. Now add Salt, Boneless Breasts (sliced) mix it again together (as shown in the video) then keep it aside. Next, let's do the Second marination for which add Curd, Tomato Puree, Cream, White Vinegar, Cashew Nut Paste, Garlic Water, Melted Butter, Honey, Kasoori Methi. Next, Add in the Second marination into the First marination mix it all together properly and your Marinated Chicken Tikka is ready. Next, use the skewers and skewer the chicken pieces (as shown in the video), do the same with all the chicken pieces. Next, Heat up the Oil in the Grilled Pan then Butter allow them to heat and then place the Butter Chicken Tikka, turn them around regularly to grill both sides. Now your Butter Chicken Tikka is ready to serve.
