Ingredients: 4 tbsp Oil 2-3 Bay leaves 7-8 Black Peppercorns 2 Onions, finely chopped 1 Tomato, sliced Salt to taste 1/2 kg Chicken 1 cup Masala 1 tbsp Biryani Masala 1/4 kg Kolam Rice Fried Onions Coriander Leaves
For Paste Ginger Garlic Coriander Green Chilli
Method of preparation: In a vessel heat oil, add bay leaves, black peppercorns, onions, tomato, salt. Saute the onion and tomatoes, close the lid and wait for 2 minutes. Add chicken, paste, biryani paste, mix well. Close the lid and wait till the chicken cooks. Add rice to the chicken and mix well. Spead fried onions and some coriander leaves. Close the lid and wait for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame and take it out on a plate. Our Chicken Pulao is ready.
For Paste Grind Ginger, garlic and coriander and make a fine paste.
