Chicken fry is Crispy from outside and Super Delicious from Inside. Made using Indian Spices, this chicken fry goes brilliantly with Mint Chutney.

(Serves 2)
- 1 Kg Chicken
- Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 3 tbsp Cream
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp Gram Flour
- Coriander Leaves(chopped)
- 1 Lemon Juice
- Oil

1. Take chicken one by one; slightly gash it and keep it aside
2. Now, add salt, black pepper powder, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, Cream, corn flour, gram flour, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice over the chicken and mix it
3. Now, cover it and keep it aside for 2 hours
4. Fry these marinated chicken pieces in hot oil
5. Once fried, Take out the chicken pieces and serve it
