Ingredients:
Oil
1 Bay leaf
1 Cinnamon stick
3-4 Cloves
7-8 Pepper corns
3-4 Cardamom
1 Black cardamom
1 Dry Red Chilli
2 Onions, chopped
1 tsp Salt
Water as required
4 Tomatoes, pureed
3 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Cumin seed powder
2 1/2 tbsp Gram Flour
2 cups Water
Dry Fenugreek leaves
Mint Leaves
Coriander leaves
Chicken
Green Chillies, chopped
Ginger Juliennes

For Marination:
1/2 kg Chicken
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Method of preparation:
In a vessel, heat oil, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, red chilli, onions, saute them nicely and add salt.
Let the masala cook for a while, add water, tomatoes, mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add the marinated chicken, mix well and saute it for 5-7 minutes.
Add coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, gram flour, mix well and add water.
Close the lid and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.
Add dry fenugreek leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli,
ginger, mix well and give it a boil.
Our Dhaba Style Chicken Curry is ready to eat.

For Marination:
In a bowl take chicken, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, coat the chicken well with the ingredients.
