Ingredients
5 leaves of cabbage
250 gm cottage cheese
½ red bell pepper finely chopped
½ green capsicum finely chopped
½ cup of corn niblet boiled
A pinch of pepper
1 green chilli finely chopped
Salt to taste
Pakoda mix
Cloves to secure the parcel folds
Oil for frying

Method:
Boil a liter of water with little salt and put the cabbage leaves in the hot water for 2 minutes before removing them

In a bowl crumble the cottage cheese and add the red bell pepper, capsicum, corn, green chilies, salt and pepper and mix well

Take a cabbage leaf and place a small portion of the cottage cheese in the center of the leaf

Fold the leaf and secure the edges with a clove.

Add water to the pakoda mix and make a thick batter.

Dip your cabbage parcels in it and fry them golden brown.

Serve with a hot and sweet sauce!
