Flash flooding that began the day prior continued to fill the streets in McAllen, Texas, on Thursday, June 21, after the area received 5 to 7 inches of rain.This video shows cars and semi-trucks slowly makign their way through the flooding on Military Hwy.The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for the cities of Edinburg, McAllen and Mission, Texas.
