Officials were reopening some roads and highways in Missouri after devastating flooding, but water remained high and many byways were still closed on May 5.Reports indicated that St Louis got more than nine inches of rain over a seven-day period, which is more than the average rainfall over a two-month period in the area, according to FOX 2.These videos were shot in Fenton and Springdale, south of St Louis, on May 2.
