Heavy rain led to widespread flooding and road closures in Raleigh, North Carolina, on Tuesday, April 25.The National Weather Service issued a flash flood emergency warning for central Wake County on Tuesday. The area has been hit with eight inches of rain since Sunday, which is more than the average April rainfall of 2.39 inches. This drone footage captures the scale of the flooding.
