Heavy rain brought intense flash-flooding to southern France on August 9, putting 30 departments under a weather advisory until Friday, August 10, according to news reports.The village of Bourg-Saint-Andéol in Ardèche, France, was one of the most affected municipalities, according to Le Dauphine.
