Flash flooding filled the streets and closed roads in Tremont, Pennsylvania, on July 23, after heavy rain was expected in the area, according to ABC 27.This video was shot in Tremont, Schuylkill county, showing the effects of rising flood levels on a river.The National Weather Service reported a serious flood threat for central Pennsylvania throughout the week. Large amounts of rain were expected for the area.Schuylkill County Emergency Management Agency Director John M.
