The floodwaters began to recede on Tuesday, April 25, but many roads were still closed, according to a report.The Crabtree Valley Mall was closed as the creeks running behind it flooded the area, though some stores started opening in the afternoon, according to a report.Andrew McGuffin, who took this video, said some split-level homes in high neighborhood are flooded on the lower levels, and the road is closed a few miles away.As much as eight inches of rain fell in the area since the storms began on Sunday. The rain started clearing by Tuesday afternoon.
