Thai Rescue Crews Help During Flooding in Southern Laos

Thai rescue teams assisted local emergency crews in Laos on Thursday, July 26, as the region suffered flooding in the aftermath of a dam collapse in Attapeu province.The Bangkok Post on Friday reported that at least 13 people had been rescued.
