1 cup Wheat Flour
½ cup Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra)
2 tbsp. Bengal Gram Flour
Salt, to taste
¼ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ tsp. Pickle Spice Powder
3 Green Chillies, finely chopped
1 cup Fenugreek, finely chopped
3 tbsp. Curd
1 tbsp. Oil
Jaggery Water (1 tsp. Jaggery dissolved in 2 tsp. Water)

1. Mix all the ingredients together and knead a dough.
2. Apply oil to the dough and keep aside for 5 minutes.
3. Roll the dough as shown in the video and roast on a hot pan flipping every 30-40 seconds on a medium flame.
4. Apply oil while roasting on both sides.
5. Roast until brown spots are seen on the Dhebra.
