Ingredients: 1 cup Water 2 Onions, sliced 2-3 tbsp Cashew Ginger, chopped 2 Green Chillies, chopped Oil Salt to taste Turmeric powder Red Chilli powder Cumin seed powder Coriander powder 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste Water as required 1 cup Green Peas, boiled Fenugreek leaves, boiled Coriander leaves, chopped 1/2 cup Cream Garam Masala powder
Method of preparation: Heat water in a vessel, add onions, cashew, ginger, green chillies, boil them nicely. Strain them in a bowl and let them cool down. Once they cool down, grind them into fine paste with the remaining stock. In a vessel, heat some oil, add the ground paste, saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, water and mix well. Add green peas, fenugreek leaves, water and mix well. Add coriander leaves, cream, garam masala, mix well and give it a boil. Our Methi Matar Malai is ready to serve.
