Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
1-2 tbsp Gram Flour
Asafoetida
Salt
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Fenugreek Leaves
2-3 tbsp Curd
1-2 tbsp Oil
Water

Method: Lets start with Wheat Flour in the bowl, in which we will add Gram Flour, Asafoetida, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder. Mmix them all together properly, then add Fenugreek Leaves mix it again. Add Curd, Oil mix it with water in between to Kneed the dough. Keep the dough soft and add Oil and kneed it again(as shown in the video), then let the flour rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes take a portion of the dough, to make medium size ball, dip in the flour with the rolling pin begin to roll the thepla, roll the thepla to a round of about 5-6 inches in diameter (as shown in the video). Place the Thepla in Tawa (Pan), flip it when you see the bubble on one side. Spread the Oil on this side, flip the thepla again. Do the same on other side also. and finally take it out on serving plate. Now your Methi Thepla is ready to be served.
