Ingredients:
Banana
Fenugreek Leaves
Salt
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Fruit Salt
1/2 tbsp Green Chilli-Ginger paste
1/2 cup Gram flour
2 tbsp Oil
Water as required
Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, smash the riped bananas, add fenugreek leaves,salt, red chilli powder, asafoetida, turmeric powder, sugar, fruit salt, green chilli-ginger paste and mix them well.
Add gram flour, oil, water and make paste like consistency.
Heat oil in a vessel on medium flame, add small portion of the batter to it, fry them till they are nice and brown.
Take them out on a plate covered with tissued paper, so that the excess oil is absored.
Our Kela Methi Na Wada is ready to serve.
