Afternoon highs to reach positive territory in Seoul

Good morning, another freezing start to the day, upper regions are having lows way below minus 10 degrees Celsius so dress in layers and cover up from head to toe before heading out.
But the temperature readings will rise rapidly and by the afternoon, Seoul will finally see readings in the positive territory and readings will remain at seasonal averages until Friday.
On that note, here are the readings for today. Seoul is waking up to a low of nearly minus 12 degrees Celsius, while Gwangju and Busan are having similar morning lows to yesterday at minus 6 degrees Celsius.
As for the highs, Seoul will rise to 1 degree Celsius, while southern provinces including Daegu and Gwangju will have similar highs to yesterday at 3 degrees Celsius. But we could see dust levels rising in the afternoon...
The season's final round of cold snap is in store this weekend which will linger until early next week, so don't put away your thick jackets yet.
