Good afternoon. People in the west are under a blanket of hazy dust with the air remaining toxic. But at least those in Gangwon-do Province will have normal air. However, dry weather in Gangwon-do Province will intensify with an advisory in place, be sure to enjoy the sound of crunching leaves.
Temperature-wise... there's nothing much to complain about... but beware of wide temperature differences as single digit morning lows will jump to the upper teens or low twenties.
Korea will have mostly sunny skies, Beijing will be dustier, while Tokyo will have good to normal air.
As for Korea's daily highs, Seoul will get up to 18 degrees Celsius, Daejeon and Chuncheon will reach 17 degrees.
Unseasonably warm daily highs will return to the seasonal average by mid-week but despite rain on Thursday and Ipdong, the traditional start of winter, on Wednesday, temperatures will be bearable for another week or so.
