Good afternoon, Seoul is not going to be as mild today under cloudy skies while southern provinces will have late March like temperatures this afternoon with highs of 15 degrees in Gwangju and Busan, while Daegu and Jeju top out at 16 degrees.

Not some welcome news as the capital area and parts of Chungcheong-do and Gangwon-do regions will have high levels of fine dust for most of the day while the rest of the country could also see fine dust levels going up at times.

Much needed rainfall is in the forecast nationwide on Wednesday to ease the dryness in the air and wash away the dust. But this band of rain will also bring a brief drop in temperatures on Thursday into Friday morning, but spring warmth returns on the weekend.

With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

While many regions will have relatively mild temperatures with high levels of fine dust at times, most parts in North Korea will continue to have colder conditions along with snow in some parts.

As for the rest of Asia, the month of February has been on the warmer side in New Delhi while the national capital has been missing rainy spells for a long time now.

Meanwhile, Perth is going through the most hottest summer in 25 years and is expected to have a warm and mostly sunny Tuesday.

Heading to North America, major cities in the U.S will have similar temperatures but it will be rainy in LA but sunny in Washington DC.

As for South America, concerns are on the rise in Argentina as dry and sunny skies continue... the capital city could see some showers this weekend.

Taking you to Europe,.. those in Madrid will need to brace for a lot of rain starting Tuesday into early next week.

Lastly to Africa, Addis Ababa will have unstable weather conditions while Cape Town will see winds picking up in the late afternoon.
