Good morning, it's another mild winter morning, lows are nearing minus 2 degrees Celsius and daily highs will also be a tad higher... you could dress lighter today but things will get colder again by the end of the week.
Temperatures might be bearable but stagnant air flow will increase the concentration of domestic air pollutants and more dust will blow in tonight from outside of the country. Central-west regions will likely to see bad levels of pollution for most parts of the day but check the levels before heading out.
Taking a closer look at today's temperatures..Seoul and Gwangju are waking up to a low of minus 2 degrees Celsius, partly sunny skies will be joined by clouds as the day goes on.
By the afternoon, Seoul and Chuncheon will get up to 8 degrees, southern provinces will top out in the double digits. Welcome news, we have rain in the forecast starting Jeju tonight, which will gradually expand to most of the country.
