Good afternoon. Spring warmth will return after a chilly weekend here in South Korea, while Beijing will also enjoy warm weather under sunny skies.

The chilly morning is turning mild, temperatures will rise to reach near seasonal averages while southern regions will have to wait another day to see highs climb back up to normal.

Here's a closer look at today's highs. Most parts will have a high of 18 degrees Celsius, including Seoul. Gyeongju gets up to 16 degrees. Jeju will have very high UV rays.

The spring warmth will kick in fully starting tomorrow, temperatures will go above 20 degrees, with no significant rainfall in the forecast.

With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

Most of South Korea will have sunny skies with pleasant temperature readings, while most of North Korea will have plenty of sunshine with mild highs.

As for the rest of Asia, in Manila, the easterly winds, which will bring warm weather and thunderstorms to most parts of the Philippines, will continue throughout the country this week.

Over in Wellington, Monday opens wet and windy across much of the country, with possible thunderstorms for the North Island and northern areas of the South Island.

Heading to North America, a Freezing Rain Warning is in place in Montreal, expect to have similar weather conditions well into Thursday.

As for South America, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro will have a rainy Monday.

Taking you to Europe,... those in Rome will see showers in the morning, then partly cloudy skies in the afternoon.

Lastly to Africa, other than Algiers, most parts will be under sunny skies.
