Good morning, two things you will notice this morning... your commute will be noticeably brighter and much milder... Both lows and highs will be a few notches higher... even hovering above the norms.
However, the air remains quite dry with dry weather alerts in place in many regions while Seoul is under warning... humidity levels could go down to as low as 25 percent during the day.
Taking a closer look at today's readings, Seoul is waking up to a low of minus 2 degrees Celsius while some parts in Jeju could see showers in the morning.
The rest will have partly sunny skies with a high of 7 degrees in Seoul, Gwangju and Daegu will see a high of 11 degrees.
Daily lows will remain below freezing for the time being while the highs will be near or above seasonal averages. Be aware of big gaps between lows and highs.
PyeongChang is under a dry weather alert as well, while daily highs will rise much higher than the past few days.
