Techniques :

Kapal Randhra Dhouti

This is a yogic facial massage and is ideal to improve treatments to the skin.

Massage your forehead beginning from the centre and pinch the eyebrows thrice.
Now massage the area around your eyes in circular motion and in outward strokes massages your cheek.
Kapal Bhati

This is a form of yoga exercise which involves breathing techniques.
Take a deep breath and exhale rhythmatically through the nose.
Asanas :

Chakrasana

Chakrasana or the wheel pose involves you to stand erect with the feet apart.
Clasp your hands together in the front, inhale with the hands raised up, and then bend backwards.
Now exhale and bend forward swinging the arms behind. Clasp your fingers behind and pull towards the head.
Come to standing position after inhaling.
Dhanurvakrasana

Lie down on the belly with stretched legs and keep the arms by the side.
Bend your legs holding your ankles. Raise the legs and pull your ankles taking in air.
Raise your head as well neck looking upwards and hold the position.
Then exhale and come back to position.
Paschmottanasana

This yoga exercise helps you to sit on the floor.

Inhale and stretch the legs in front.
Exhale, bend forward, keep the toes held together, and then touch the forehead to the knees.
Maintain for ten seconds and then come back to position.
Then you have other forms of maintaining beauty by having the right kind of diet, which helps to give you a perfect body with perfect benefits.
