Technique

Exhale by keeping the body absolutely still.
Lifting the hand feel the entire breath flowing inwards and outwards.
Keep the hand above, use the thumb with the right nostril and inhale air.
Now exhale and breathe out in succession through the left nostril.
All the time, the abdominal walls move outwards and inwards with a bellowing sound.
You can continue this with the right nostril and then relax.
Alternate breathing with the left as well as right nostril.
