Insomnia affects people who cannot sleep properly at night. When you do not get a good night’s sleep then you could age faster and you could also be affected by confused thinking. In fact, you may not feel well at all. When we sleep our body prepares for the next day and repairs the toxins and cellular levels in the body. Thus it is necessary to get good sleep of at least six to eight hours at night.

Baddha Konasana or Butterfly Pose

This is a yoga for insomnia which helps to ease out the stress as well as fatigue which results due to long hours of walking, standing and such physical strain. This is a very good stretch for the inner thighs, knees as well as the groin.
