I'm not sure this is a phoenix, but it is a hanging sculpture representing a bird. 104 used to be the Paris Mortuary. Now, it is a huge public space. People study drama, dance, juggling, et c. There are many art installations, a free book exchange, a nursery school, at least one café, a beer garden, a restaurant, stores, a charity shop, et c. It is quite an asset to the community.
