Videos and photos without flash are permitted in this art brut (outsider art) collection without restriction. Apparently, a man worked for about five years putting this together. It was meant to project images and be a demonstration model to impress at conferences about the awesome capabilities of electricity. I don't think its creator thought there was anything odd about himself -- this appears to have been considered very serious and not a joke.

I recommend this museum, which has a nice green garden area, modern art, contemporary art, art brut (outsider art) and temporary exhibitions. I've never seen anything like it, and it was worth traveling all the way from Paris for.
