People of Glasgow share their favourite childhood toy

We ask Glaswegians what they’re favourite childhood toys are.

00:00Probably Nerf guns, because I could shoot my wee brother with him.

00:03Quite simple.

00:04A lot of Spider-Man toys, comics, a lot of comics and Spider-Man films.

00:07I just love Spider-Man, so that was that.

00:10I had a mechanical set.

00:12Do you know what a mechanical is?

00:14No.

00:15It was like a metal and you could build things with it, you know,

00:20and I liked that, although I was just building things with it.

00:24It was probably the former 90's something like Lego,

00:27but it was metal strips and you put them all together to build little motors

00:32or things like that.

00:33So, something similar to Lego but not exactly the same.

00:36Do you know what I mean?

00:38I was very spoiled.

00:40I cannae name that.

00:43I was rich growing up, you know.

00:45My dad was a Glasgow bank robber and drug dealer.

00:51So I grew up with a lot of money and I had a lot of toys

00:54and I cannae say which one is the best, to be honest with you.

00:58Probably Skeletric.

00:59But that I had some coffee and I was super pink.
