00:00As Tottenham Hotspur are entering a new chapter under Thomas Frank with a strong emphasis on internal growth and unlocking the full potential of a talented young squad following a period of inconsistency.
00:16The club is shifting toward a more sustainable development driven model and several emerging stars could play defining roles.
00:25Frank Renone for his ability to nurture talent and build cohesive teams has already begun embedding his philosophy.
00:32The message is clear this isn't just a new manager it's a new direction.
00:36The likes of Mikey Moore, Pape Matarsar and Alfie Dorrington are among those being closely monitored as potential breakout names.
00:44Players with the energy and technical ability to thrive in Frank's high intensity intelligence system.
00:51We caught up with James Trenbath of London World who highlighted the club's strategy.
00:56Tottenham aren't chasing headlines, they're building something sustainable.
01:00Frank's focus on structure and youth development is already changing the tone at Hotspur Way.
01:07While the transfer market remains open, Spurs are expected to rely more on evolution rather than overhaul.
01:12Frank's vision blends tactical clarity with long-term thinking and that's creating the platform for a younger generation to step forward.
01:21If you had to look at the Spurs squad and pick maybe someone as a prediction who you feel that Frank could get the very best out of
01:30and really could have a breakthrough season, is there anyone that stands out in terms of names in this side that you could see?
01:36If we look at Brentford, the impact he had on Buemo and Wisser as well, the sort of output they got there.
01:43And then obviously Tony before him as well and then Olly Watkins before that as well.
01:47So there's plenty of players who have really gained a lot of confidence under Thomas Frank and that's surely a positive for Spurs.
01:56It is and I think I'm really intrigued to see what he does with Archie Gray.
02:00He's obviously a huge, huge fan of Archie Gray.
02:03He played a lot of football last year, not in his rightful position.
02:06He was in and out for England at the Euros and a lot of Spurs fans are now sort of writing him off
02:11and thinking he's not the player that he was when we brought him in.
02:15But I still think he's a heck of a talent and, you know, you speak to any Leeds fans and they'll tell you exactly the same.
02:21So I think if there's one player that I'm really looking forward to seeing develop under Thomas Frank, it will be Archie Gray.
02:27Be interested to see what he does with Lucas Bergwell as well.
02:30Obviously, he was the sort of breakthrough star last season.
02:33And then, you know, there's the likes of Mikey Moore.
02:36There's the new centre-back Voskovic who's just come in.
02:39If he sticks around and doesn't go out on loan again, his numbers are off the charts for a young player.
02:44So, you know, there's certainly some interesting players in the squad at the moment.
02:50And, you know, whether they go out on loan or not remains to be seen.
02:54And then you've got the likes of Jamie Donnelly as well.
02:56He played very, very well last year on loan at Leighton Orient.
02:59Had a brilliant pre-season for Spurs, actually, last season, but was playing at left-back for some reason,
03:04despite being a sort of attacking midfielder.
03:06So, does he stick around, maybe get a chance in some of the cup games?
03:10But, yeah, it's going to be very, very intriguing to see how things start to develop.
03:15You know, it'll be really interesting to see what Frank does.
03:17I think, interestingly as well, where Brennan Johnson plays, could he go down the middle?
03:22I think, you know, we saw at Forest, he was very, very explosive down the middle.
03:26So, perhaps he can play off Solanke at times.
03:29And I think it'll be really interesting to see what happens with the battle for the number one position as well.
03:34We see Vicario, excellent shot stopper.
03:36You know, there's no question of that.
03:37He's in the, you know, the top three or four keepers in the Premier League in terms of his shot stopping ability.
03:42However, he is a little bit suspect on the crosses.
03:46And his distribution can be a bit dicey at times as well.
03:49And we know Thomas Frank likes a goalkeeper who's extremely good with the feet and obviously got really good distribution.
03:55And that brings Kinski into the mix, in my opinion.
03:59He's got a real talent and I think he's got an aura about him, Kinski.
04:03You know, he's going to not lay down in that challenge for the number one spot.
04:06So, we saw at the back end of last season when he was playing, when Vicario was rested,
04:11some of the long passing and ball distribution was exceptional.
04:15He's a good shot stopper.
04:16So, if he can brush up on that handling, which is pretty solid,
04:20then I, you know, have a sneaky feeling that, you know, maybe not at the start of the season,
04:25but certainly during the season, we might see Kinski coming in as the number one goalkeeper.
04:28And again, you know, that will dictate in terms of the tactics that Frank wants to play.
04:32So, interesting, lots of things up for grabs.
04:35And it will be interesting in the next couple of days when we get underway with the pre-season friendlies
04:39to see the approach Frank starts to take as things take shape.
