00:00Welcome back to Mobile Physio.
00:02If you're dealing with stiffness in your shoulders, upper back, or neck, today's stretch is just for you.
00:09It's called the Thread the Needle exercise, a simple yet powerful move to improve spinal mobility and reduce tension.
00:15Start on all fours in a tabletop position, hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
00:21Keep your back flat and core gently engaged, lift your right arm up, open the chest.
00:25Now thread it under your left arm, palm facing up, rest your shoulder and head on the mat, hold for 20 seconds, breathing deeply.
00:33Feel that upper back and shoulder stretch, now push back up and switch sides.
00:38This simple stretch relieves neck and back tension, improves posture, and keeps your spine mobile.
