It's called the Thread the Needle exercise, a simple yet powerful move to improve spinal mobility and reduce tension.

Start on all fours in a tabletop position, hands under shoulders, knees under hips.

Keep your back flat and core gently engaged, lift your right arm up, open the chest.

Now thread it under your left arm, palm facing up, rest your shoulder and head on the mat, hold for 20 seconds, breathing deeply.

Feel that upper back and shoulder stretch, now push back up and switch sides.
