00:00Everyone dubbed me the Michelangelo of buttock injections.
00:12I ran a dynasty of flesh.
00:14I was the absolute mastermind.
00:18She gave you the body that you wanted.
00:21Just seeing a big-time celebrity getting these enhancements,
00:24it's like, oh, I want it, I'm with it.
00:26Everyone had their ass done.
00:27I just wanted more, so I kept going back.
00:30The business boomed.
00:32We used to get tired from counting the money.
00:37I was definitely practicing medicine without a license.
00:39It was a scam.
00:41I was literally walking around with half a bus.
00:44She was buying industrial-grade silicone.
00:46That is like a death cocktail right there.
00:49We dropped everything to do this thing.
00:52I thought they wanted to crucify me.
00:54I call it evil.
00:56Stop what you're doing. Stop it.
01:00Because she died.
01:01I made $20 million in the silicone game, but murder was the case that they gave me.
01:06Feeling myself a conceited, huh.
01:08It was February 7th, 2011.
01:18I was 41 years old, sweating bullets, standing over my client at the Hampton Inn.
01:23By that point, I had made over $20 million doing silicone injections on the black market.
01:28The girls were willing to pay anything to be blessed by the madam.
01:32And with that came a jaunt.
01:34She's got a fever, complaining of chest pains.
01:37All the signs the silicone has entered her bloodstream.
01:39Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a vibrant black community with a thriving beauty industry where there's an obsession with being plumped.
02:00But striving for perfection comes at a cost.
02:03Even for Pads Victoria Winslow, a self-made woman who would one day inject black market beauty to die for.
02:14I was born in 1969 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
02:23I was born Forest Leon Gordon.
02:26My parents had five children.
02:27I was their firstborn male child, but I was anything but.
02:31When my sister Sherry was born, my mom said, well, she's a girl and you're a boy.
02:37That's when I knew something was woefully wrong.
02:41Something within me knew that Paige just was not an ordinary boy.
02:48My parents didn't know what to do.
02:50I just wasn't what they wanted.
02:52Most of the time, my mom would leave me with my dad in order to give me more exposure to what males were supposed to be doing.
02:59She would say, oh, I left the fag at home with his father.
03:02And that kind of crushed me.
03:04It used to bring tears to my eyes to talk about it, but I've kind of toughened up now.
03:09She was being bullied a lot because she was different.
03:13My dad taught me how to defend myself, so I started carrying a screwdriver in my book bag.
03:19Growing up, I became very shy, very introverted.
03:23I felt imprisoned in this body.
03:26It was a profound sense of loneliness.
03:28Singing music made Paige come out of a shell.
03:34It was like an escape.
03:37We were a very musical family.
03:39When I was 13 years old, I formed a group called Special Guests with my siblings because I wanted to become a star.
03:47We would perform and get on stage, and my dad was proud of us.
03:52He was proud of Paige.
03:54That was the only time it was a bond.
03:56I found that being on stage, I could exhibit who I was deep down inside without really raising any attention.
04:03Oh, I'm getting Aries because I want to be a rock star or something like that.
04:08Living at home with my parents.
04:10I tried to be this boy that they wanted me to be, but that wasn't happening.
04:14On my 22nd birthday, I remember my mom asking me, what did I want for my birthday?
04:22And I gave my mom this picture of this girl in the back of the city paper.
04:26My mom said, what do you want, a prostitute for your birthday?
04:29And I said, no, mom, I want a sex change for my birthday.
04:32My mom clutched pearls and like, oh.
04:36My dad did not take very well of that.
04:39I remember him saying, I'd rather see you dead.
04:43I felt very abandoned.
04:46It was heartbreaking, but my father's words gave me the strength to prove him wrong,
04:52to be opposite of what he assumed that I would be.
04:55Not feeling accepted by the world around you as a black trans woman in the early 90s was psychologically difficult.
05:02If you don't get that level of connection and love from your parents,
05:07it's hard to internalize it for yourself.
05:08That's a lonely, painful feeling.
05:11I left that day and I chose to make a life for myself as Paj Victoria Winslow.
05:19I pawned all my music equipment.
05:21I used the money to get my first apartment and to start my transition.
05:28In 1991, at 22 years old, Paj Victoria gave up a music scholarship to pursue her transition.
05:38The first step in seeking gender-affirming care would be hormone therapy.
05:43Being a budding young trans girl and on my own, I saw other trans girls.
05:49And that gave me the idea that this is really possible.
05:54So I was getting hormone shots and I could feel the femininity coming out of me.
06:00But things got pretty hard.
06:02I ended up eating rotten potatoes and beans as I figured things out.
06:06And then one day, as I was sitting in the doctor's office,
06:10looking at her and write this prescription, and that's when it came to me.
06:13If I take that prescription, white everything out, make copies of it,
06:21I could sell the hormones to the girls that are clamoring for this stuff.
06:25There was no way for trans people of color, streetwalking girls,
06:30had any access to any doctors that would be willing to do it.
06:35Hormones were the elixir of life.
06:38I took that original prescription and realized that this was working
06:42after passing them off at the pharmacy.
06:45And then I initially told my friends, and they told friends.
06:48However, I did do my rounds at the clubs downtown.
06:52I took these prescriptions all over town.
06:54And I was like, you want to buy hormones?
06:56I got them.
06:57You can buy them off of me.
06:59Once I got that prescription pad, I was making copies after copies.
07:03And the doctor was selling them for $1.10.
07:05I was selling them for $50.
07:07And $50 back then was like magic.
07:11She single-handedly raised all of the fab girls in Philadelphia.
07:17And just like that, I was in the hormone business.
07:20And the business boomed.
07:23In 1991, the hormone hustle put a fast $5,000 in Padgett's pocket over a couple of months.
07:30But soon after, foot traffic at her apartment was raising eyebrows.
07:36One of my neighbors reported to the landlord,
07:40there was possibly a prostitution ring going on in my apartment.
07:44The landlord threatened to bring the police in if I didn't vacate in five days.
07:49So I figured, if you're going to accuse me of running a brothel, I'll give you a brothel, all right?
07:54So I placed an ad in the Philadelphia City paper for distinguishing gentlemen seeking transsexual encounters.
08:06I knew girls that were doing this sort of sex work.
08:08So it was like, I'll give them a safe space.
08:11The next day, I had 52 messages from these men who wanted to book girls.
08:17I made $5,000 that night.
08:19And I'm officially in the escort business.
08:22Paige Victoria quickly roped in escorts from her hormone hustle and her social life in the Philly ballroom scene.
08:31When I first heard about the escort business, I definitely wanted in.
08:35Because at the time, I was street walking.
08:38And it was just always very scary.
08:42Working with Paige is a far cry from doing $40 on the street inside of a car.
08:47I started recruiting girls to work out of my apartment in prime real estate.
08:56I would put ads in hotel magazines where elites would stay.
09:00I handled calls myself.
09:02I would book five to six suites at a hotel where I would come in and make the rounds to collect the money.
09:08At the time, it was $2.50 for a session.
09:12I was the absolute mastermind.
09:16And with that came a lot of coins.
09:19Ka-ching!
09:21She opened up a brand new source of income and changed all of our trajectory.
09:28I had changed the game.
09:31Philadelphia was on fire for the first trans escort service.
09:34After learning the business, I quickly upped my prices.
09:38The base amount would be about $700.
09:41The girls would get to keep half.
09:43I absolutely cornered the market.
09:46Everyone knew about Madam.
09:51Very quickly, my life went from the minimal to making $25,000 to $40,000 a week.
09:58I kept looking for the floor to drop.
10:00It never dropped.
10:03Paige Victoria was not above taking advantage of her workers.
10:06I ran a dynasty of flesh.
10:10My talent on the phone was comparative to none.
10:13I could charge a client $6,000, $7,000.
10:16And as long as I felt like that girl agreed to that $600, I would give her her money.
10:21Here you go, honey.
10:22And I would have the rest.
10:24She absolutely was envied.
10:30She's driving a Mercedes Benz in her early 20s.
10:33Six months after the successful launch of my escort business, I spent money on gender-affirming care in order to live comfortably in my skin as the woman that I felt I was born to be.
10:47In 1993, I was 23 years old when I went to New York with my friend to get my first silicone injections to sculpt my body.
11:00Silicone is not approved for any body contouring by the FDA.
11:05Getting these silicone injections, they weren't being done by surgeons.
11:08They were being done by people pretending to be surgeons.
11:11Typically, people would lie and say, oh, I work for a surgeon or I'm a nurse.
11:15I first heard about the New York nurse doing backdoor silicone injections from the ballroom scene.
11:23I was pretty gung-ho.
11:25We just jumped in with both feet.
11:27I had the silicone injections in my hips.
11:31It was like fire going under my skin.
11:34We had absolutely no fears.
11:37They could have said they had fairy dust that would turn us into a girl, and we would have went to Timbuktu and swam.
11:43Even after Paige transitioned, my dad would not call Paige by the name she wanted.
11:51My mom, after a while, she wound up accepting it.
11:55She was there for us no matter what.
11:58Over the next five years, Patch Victoria received over 30 black market injections, all while still raking in millions as a madam.
12:07But a simple twist of fate planted a seed.
12:10I was 28 years old, and by this time, silicone became all the rage in the trans community.
12:17The New York nurse pulled me aside one day.
12:22She said, I want to teach you this in case you don't want to be this madam anymore.
12:27She knew that her time was ticking, and she wanted to pass on her trade.
12:32But the problem with the silicone fillers is they were very dangerous.
12:37Despite the risk, the New York nurse taught me the techniques.
12:40She gave me her connection to this top-grade silicone and taught me the anatomy of the buttocks and how to avoid veins.
12:48Now that I have this knowledge, I need to try this out.
12:51I had a few escorts that were willing, and I experimented building the bodies and really figuring the whole thing out.
12:58When I got off the table and looked in the mirror, like, oh, my God, my ass is big.
13:05I got a bigger butt.
13:06I just wanted more, so I kept going back.
13:08I seen miraculous results.
13:11I took those results and showed everybody else.
13:15Back in 97, I considered doing these silicone injections on a grand scale.
13:20However, I had been running my escort service quite successfully by this time, so there was no need to venture off.
13:26If it wasn't broken, don't fix it.
13:29By the time Patch Victoria was 32 years old in 2001, she had pulled in $9 million working as a madam for a decade, and she was living like royalty.
13:40I spent my money on designer clothing, Versace, Coco Chanel, Ferragamo, Louis Vuitton, the Jaguars, the Mercedes, the Rolls Royce, traveling abroad, Thailand, Paris.
13:55Oh, God, Paris.
13:57I don't believe that our family knew how much money was Paige actually bringing in.
14:04However, it became inevitable that they were going to figure out, where is she getting all this money from?
14:10My mom knew what was going on, because I would take her around with me collecting my money.
14:17But it wasn't judgment for my mother, because she benefited from it financially, so it was just what it was.
14:25It would take heartbreak to finally bring Patch Victoria's father back in the fold.
14:31By 2003, I was 33 years old, and I was just teary-eyed over a man, a womanizer, and I remember just wanting to go home.
14:39I'm limpy with my parents.
14:41So I showed up on my doorstep.
14:43My father opened the door, and he just consoled me.
14:47And that was my one time that I had truly felt like his firstborn daughter.
14:56Six months after reconciling with her father, Patch Victoria's dad passed away suddenly at 49.
15:02Once my dad died, I just wanted to get back to the innocence that I had lost during my reign as a madam.
15:13I was sick of the smut, sick of the clients.
15:16I was definitely sick of the vulgarity.
15:18At the same time, people all over the city were just running after me, complimenting me on my body.
15:26Like, these two girls chased me down the streets, and they were just in awe.
15:31They were strippers.
15:32That's when I was like, oh, okay.
15:35I'm going to put y'all on to what's up.
15:37They gave her their numbers and said, please give her our number.
15:40She wound up charging them double what we would even be paying a New York nurse.
15:48And then it hit me.
15:50Pumping would now be my way out of the sex trade for good.
15:53I would be making millions.
15:56It was definitely a win-win as long as no one got hurt.
15:59I had become sick of the escort business, and I had made the decision to go full throttle in doing silicone injections.
16:16I could be making much more money than I ever did, supplying a service where I can help women.
16:21That was something I could be proud of.
16:24With the silicone in hand in the spring of 2007, at 37 years old, Madam set up shop in a hotel room and scheduled two female exotic dancers as her first-paying clients.
16:39Working on these women, I was nervous.
16:42I had done transsexuals, and these were cisgender females, but a body's a body's a.
16:48The New York nurse taught me to make sure you're not in a vein, near a vein, or nicked a vein.
16:53You don't want this stuff to get in the bloodstream.
16:55I was definitely practicing medicine without a license, but I felt comfortable enough to know what I was doing.
17:02The strippers were extremely happy.
17:04They were making more money.
17:06Their bodies were looking way more bodacious.
17:10I saw those first two clients every two weeks.
17:13I had silicone, which I could put one liter per side of the buttock, and I was charging them $1,900 a session.
17:20They were so elated how I transformed their body.
17:22One of them would ask if I would mind her posting the before and afters on a few blogs.
17:28With that, I would never be ready for the next few days.
17:32There was absolutely no coming back.
17:34Shake your ass, watch yourself.
17:37We were entering into the make it rain era.
17:39People wanted bigger booties.
17:41Any type of rap coming out of Atlanta always speak about a girl being shaped a certain way.
17:46They made it popular, which is why we wanted to be shaped like that.
17:51Everyone had their ass done.
17:54It was the Nicki Minaj's.
17:56Everybody wants a big butt.
17:57Everybody's showing their injections.
17:59It is the thing to do.
18:00You're seeing a big-time celebrity getting these enhancements.
18:03That's how we started finding out about it.
18:05And so it went from trans to stripper culture.
18:10Those stripper girls, they had their bodies done.
18:12They had those silicone injections.
18:13People believe that these black market procedures are safe because of what they hear.
18:19Everybody else has it.
18:20Everybody else is alive.
18:22Nicki Minaj is fine, right?
18:25A handful of girls were getting their butts done here in Philadelphia, and I watched their
18:30money go from nothing to something.
18:32After one of the girls had posted me on the blogs, she called me up a few days later and
18:37said she had some girls from Atlanta that wanted to fly in.
18:40I did the math, and that's when I knew I was definitely in the game.
18:44And Philly's black market beauty craze was boiling.
18:47I can make $50,000 in five hours.
18:49Let's go.
18:51In 2008, word was spreading in Philly that there was one go-to injector with the best deals
18:57in town.
18:58As the stripper's body started to look better, they brought more and more girls in because
19:04Paige would give discounts.
19:05I think I was so good at it because I was obsessed with the woman's body and how it
19:11should look.
19:12I was helping women feel confident, powerful, like someone once done for me.
19:18She gave you the body that you wanted.
19:20My satisfied clients were walking billboards.
19:24Word of mouth spread like wildfire.
19:26Everyone dubbed me the Michelangelo of body sculpting and buttock injections.
19:30By the spring of 2008, this supposed Michelangelo was making up to $10,000 each session, injecting
19:3910 clients a day and bringing in $300,000 a month.
19:44And to keep up with the demand, she enlisted tricks of the trade without understanding the
19:49dangers that came with them.
19:51The woman who had trained me, she gave me a connect, but I just started ordering silicone
19:56in bulk directly from the manufacturers.
19:58It was a scam.
20:00She was buying industrial grade silicone and injecting it in bodies.
20:05The industrial grade silicone is not sterile, it's not pure.
20:08On top of that, silicone is not meant to be injected in the liquid form into the human body.
20:13The woman who trained me also showed me how to make hydrogel, which is silicone and saline
20:18water.
20:19I was using a kitchen blender to emulsify the silicone with the saline solution.
20:24It created air for a less permanent plump.
20:29Injecting air and silicone.
20:31As a surgeon, I would say that is like the death cocktail right there.
20:34It was 2008.
20:39I was 38 years old.
20:41My first year as a silicone injector, I had my phones ringing off the hook.
20:45I had modestly made about $3 million.
20:50Money was pouring in.
20:52I would service about 10 to 12 clients, paying anywhere from $5 to $10K.
20:59Gallon after gallon, I was going through tankers of silicone.
21:02I was making like close to $100K a night.
21:05She made so much money that we used to get tired from counting the money.
21:13I wanted to lavish my mother and my family.
21:15I enjoyed spending and sharing the wealth.
21:18I spent money on business ideas, record labels, property.
21:22And I had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on gender-affirming surgeries.
21:28I felt very complete when I finally crossed over.
21:31When she got the vagina, I think that really pushed her over the top.
21:34It was like, I just want it all.
21:40At the height of my hustle, I was very comfortable in my new body.
21:45However, there was a longing for my dreams of fulfilling my music desires.
21:51That summer of 2008, Padge Victoria was living her best life
21:57when she met a pair of new clients online.
22:00I had met Stephanie Mottos and Melissa Lizette.
22:04They wanted buttock injections.
22:06And after I did the session, a few days later,
22:09Stephanie Mottos was trying to throw mud on my name
22:12by saying that I had made Melissa sick.
22:17With Lizette in 2008, when she came home,
22:20she had a high fever and then she was admitted to the hospital.
22:24Silicone entering the bloodstream is one of the most feared complications
22:27of these injections.
22:30There is a very real risk that you can lose your life.
22:34She was in a coma and hospitalized for three months.
22:38She was very lucky because they were able to save her life.
22:41Mottos got on the block saying,
22:43look what you did to my friend, this is wrong.
22:45So, I knew that I became a target.
22:49And with that, I had to watch out.
22:52Padge the Pumper went deeper underground
22:54and began using the alias Body by Lillian.
22:58However, the buzz around the game had new players
23:01trying to blow up her spot.
23:04We received a tip from somebody really unhappy
23:08with a butt injection.
23:11There's this woman going around Philadelphia
23:14and you should go investigate her.
23:17It was not easy to find her.
23:19And we kept seeing in these forums,
23:22she's absolutely the best.
23:25We're posing undercover, but it's hard to get in.
23:29One day, I had got an interesting message
23:31from a potential client
23:33and she emailed me with regards to planning an appointment.
23:36I knew something's not totally fishy.
23:42For some reason, she was going to take a chance.
23:45We dropped everything to do this thing.
23:48We wanted to warn the public.
23:50I wanted to catch her.
23:52I wanted to expose her.
23:54Ultimately, I wanted her to stop.
23:56I couldn't believe that women
24:04were putting themselves at risk.
24:06I wanted to confront her.
24:09I wanted her to acknowledge
24:11that this could be dangerous and deadly.
24:18But I was a bit smarter than she was.
24:21I sent her on a wild goose chase
24:27way out of town in another state.
24:30I felt so angry.
24:32She'd played us.
24:35What I didn't know at the time
24:36was that Luanne was a media broadcaster
24:39who was trying to expose me.
24:42We tried to rebook with Lillian,
24:44but never heard from her again.
24:46If we had exposed her,
24:49we would have shut her down.
24:50We would have warned our community.
24:53We now had the media on my tail,
24:57and not to mention law enforcement, potentially.
24:59And I had no intentions of doing a bid.
25:03I had to either adapt or call it quits.
25:06And I wasn't about to give up the money,
25:08so I definitely had to change up the game.
25:10You cannot hold me back.
25:15To avoid getting put out on Front Street,
25:17the pump queen of Philly
25:18took her needles deeper underground.
25:21After that Luanne Conn scenario,
25:24I became covert and slithery.
25:26And I'll find a way...
25:28I would slither in and book a few dates,
25:31make like $300,000,
25:33and just bounce right out the game.
25:38I would take everything off of the sites
25:40and just basically go radio silence.
25:43I do credit Paige Winslow for being intelligent.
25:46I was so mercurious.
25:49Every phone number she had were burner phones.
25:52No one could ever contact her.
25:54She'd contact you always with a blocked number.
25:56Stay in focus every day.
25:58I don't got no time to play.
25:59It very much made it hard for law enforcement to track me.
26:04Knowing she had to stay under the radar,
26:06Paige Victoria, a.k.a. Lillian,
26:09began vetting liaisons who could be out in front
26:11courting new clients.
26:13The strip club girls,
26:17we're not sharing with socialite housewife girls.
26:19So I figured I'd be able to get through on the internet.
26:22When I explored it,
26:23I kept hearing about this Lillian,
26:25who did a couple people.
26:27And I heard good things.
26:30Between prayers and manifesting,
26:32putting a big ass on my vision board,
26:34she emails me.
26:36Body by Lillian.
26:37And I was like, ooh, this is the Lillian.
26:41When I met her at the hotel,
26:43she told me she was a nurse.
26:44If I am going to lie,
26:47I will say I'm a doctor.
26:50Not a nurse.
26:51She literally showed up in scrubs
26:53the first time I met her.
26:54Literally in scrubs.
26:55I sculpted her body to a masterpiece.
26:58I loved it.
26:59I felt like I had gold.
27:00I got addicted and I wanted more.
27:02And that's when I started telling people,
27:03and they got injected.
27:06Shafae Wilson was out there as a promoter,
27:09recruiting dancers saying,
27:11you can get enhanced,
27:12look at my body,
27:13I will hook this up.
27:15So many girls begged me
27:16offering $1,000 a hand,
27:18$1,000 a hand,
27:19because I got the contact.
27:20I got to connect.
27:21So after those dormant periods,
27:24I would reemerge,
27:25sweep in,
27:26make a million bucks,
27:28and then shut it all back down again.
27:30Black Madden.
27:34Pash Victoria wanted more than money.
27:37She wanted stardom.
27:38By 2010,
27:40the million she was making with injections
27:42had become a means to an end.
27:45I wanted to be the most famous transsexual
27:48that ever walked the planet.
27:49Black Madden.
27:50She let them babies in.
27:51So I fully immersed myself
27:54into making goth-inspired rap music
27:57as the recording artist Black Madden.
28:00I made a million as a common girl.
28:02She wanted to be a popular girl,
28:03and she wanted to be like a pop star rapper.
28:06I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars
28:08filming my Phenomena music video.
28:11I'm a new reader girl.
28:12Self-generated.
28:13But I didn't spend all my money
28:15on pursuing music.
28:17I started putting a lot of the money
28:18in safety deposit boxes,
28:20and I also had three offshore bank accounts.
28:24I moved money all around the planet.
28:27But when I would disappear,
28:29the blogs would explode
28:31with girls wanting to find me,
28:33and that's when Shefay
28:34would seize the opportunity.
28:37But then it all fell apart.
28:41Acting as a self-appointed middleman,
28:43Shefay got wind that a couple
28:45of aspiring hip-hop dancers from the UK
28:47wanted to be hooked up.
28:50Claudia and her bestie contacted me,
28:53and we built a rapport.
28:55It was like, no problem, cuz.
28:57And that's how it happened.
29:00In 2011, I was 41 years old.
29:03I had received a call from Shefay.
29:05She said her cousins from London
29:07wanted to be blessed by the madam.
29:10She's like, as long as you know them.
29:12And I was like, yeah, I do.
29:17So they made the journey from the UK,
29:19and they booked a room at the Hampton Inn.
29:24William starts to inject her.
29:27And it's...
29:29she's screaming.
29:31And there was an inevitable moment
29:35where she jerked.
29:36And with that came a jolt.
29:41After that, I knew something was wrong.
29:44Claudia gets up.
29:46She's not herself.
29:48She complains of chest pain.
29:49And I'm like, yo, what?
29:51Your chest is not supposed to be hurting you.
29:53And I said, well, Claudia,
29:54we need to call 911.
29:56She said, no, Lil, I'm fine.
29:57Her chest pains were getting worse.
30:01Lilin goes, drink water.
30:03Starts packing.
30:04Something didn't feel right.
30:06So I kind of scurried off.
30:09I didn't want to keep my next appointment waiting.
30:11But I said, I'm calling 911.
30:14When I got home that night,
30:15I lit some candles.
30:16I said a few prayers,
30:18and I went to bed.
30:19As soon as I opened my eyes,
30:23I called Shafay and asked,
30:25how's Claudia?
30:26And was like, is she okay?
30:27And I'm like, no, stop what you're doing.
30:29Stop it.
30:31Because she died.
30:36Don't tell me that.
30:37I dropped the phone.
30:39I just fell to my knees.
30:42I'm the one that's going to be caught
30:44holding this needle.
30:45Oh, my God.
30:49After I got over the initial shock,
30:55my first thoughts were,
30:57I've got to get rid of this shit.
30:59Get rid of the syringes.
31:00Dump the silicone.
31:02Everything that could possibly send me to jail
31:03for the rest of my life.
31:05Our uniform patrol division
31:07met with medical staff
31:09who were unsure of the cause of death.
31:11But there was a witness there,
31:13Claudia's friend.
31:14We learned Lilian claims she was a nurse
31:17who provided these injections.
31:19Do I go on the run?
31:21Do I hide?
31:23Do I turn myself in?
31:24I knew it was just a matter of time
31:26before they came after me.
31:28Within the first eight hours,
31:30the media in Philadelphia
31:32was learning of it.
31:33A back alley cosmetic procedure
31:35cost the life of a 20-year-old girl.
31:38Police investigators are here
31:39at the Hampton Inn,
31:40right near the airport,
31:41trying to figure out
31:42who did this procedure.
31:44That was all over the news,
31:46on the front of everything.
31:47I'm like,
31:49if I could put this all together,
31:50cops are going to be coming to this house.
31:53We knocked on her door.
31:55She explained that she was the intermediary,
31:56and she didn't know Lilian's real name,
31:58but she also knew her as the Black Madam.
32:01Claudia's dead.
32:02It's hitting the news.
32:04They were painting me to be a monster.
32:07She is known as the Black Madam,
32:08and now Philadelphia police
32:10would like to talk to her.
32:11The so-called doctor tonight on the run.
32:18My bell rang.
32:20One o'clock in the morning
32:21when I opened up the door.
32:25I said,
32:25did you hear the news about the girl
32:27out by the airport
32:28on the person that they're looking for?
32:31She was like,
32:32I did not need to.
32:34I killed somebody.
32:36And that's what she was like,
32:37you're not going anywhere,
32:38or you're going to stay right here.
32:41As Black Madam
32:42hid out at her sister's place,
32:44investigators crawled the web for clues.
32:47I'm doing a Google search on Black Madam.
32:49We found a video called
32:50In My Kitchen.
32:54As we got to the end of that video,
32:56there was a resume.
32:58We showed up at the videographer's house
32:59to identify
33:00as Victoria Winslow,
33:03who Lilian actually was.
33:05Police tracked Winslow
33:06to this address in Ardmore.
33:08Police are raiding
33:09the apartment now.
33:11Over the next few weeks,
33:13the media went crazy.
33:15They had the public enraged.
33:17I thought they wanted to crucify me.
33:19She had the intent
33:20to commit the felony.
33:22She's going to go down for murder.
33:24My mother seemed to be heartbroken.
33:27She didn't want to see me
33:27in that situation.
33:29I was in a lot of shock.
33:31I couldn't sleep.
33:32I didn't want to do music.
33:34I felt like I was
33:35going to be punished by God.
33:38That's when I knew
33:39I need to lawyer up.
33:43I had made $20 million
33:44in the silicone injection game.
33:47I had some cash reserves
33:48and I used it to hire
33:50a top criminal defense team.
33:52The lawyers had basically stonewalled
33:55and you're not talking to her client.
33:57There's still no ruling
33:58on whether this
33:59was actually a homicide.
34:01I wasn't on the run.
34:02My attorneys told me
34:03as long as they do not furnish
34:05an arrest warrant,
34:07you stay put.
34:08And I did what my attorneys
34:09told me to do.
34:11So from February to July
34:13of 2011,
34:14I stepped back from doing injections
34:17and lay low at my sister's home.
34:21For six months in 2011,
34:24law enforcement looked into Madam
34:26without knowing where their person
34:27of interest was hiding out.
34:29The lack of arrest
34:31is always concerning to people,
34:32but that's the strategy
34:33behind an investigation.
34:34We were trying to get Padge
34:35into an arrestable situation
34:37to get her off the streets.
34:38In October of 2011,
34:41the smoke was clearing,
34:42the dust was settling,
34:43and my attorney said
34:45he thought I dodged a bullet.
34:47It was like a sigh of relief.
34:49As time went on,
34:50I think she got more confident
34:52that we didn't have enough
34:53evidence to charge.
34:54By February of 2012,
34:57Madam thought the storm clouds
34:58over Claudia's death had passed,
35:00and she was thirsty
35:02to get back in the trap.
35:03I'm 43 years old,
35:05and a lot of my savings
35:07were dried up.
35:10Lillian reached out to me
35:11and was like,
35:11hey, I'm back in business.
35:13I was like, oh, okay.
35:14Well, you didn't finish me,
35:16so you need to come on
35:17and get back to business
35:18because I'm halfway done.
35:20I was literally walking around
35:21with half a butt.
35:22I told her, I'll do the job,
35:24just make arrangements
35:25to get me the money.
35:26And then we talked about
35:27what happened at the airport.
35:30She was like,
35:31I didn't kill that girl.
35:32Girl, she was on all types of drugs.
35:34If I did it,
35:35wouldn't I be arrested?
35:36I'm not wanted or anything,
35:38and I believed it.
35:39I was so afraid,
35:41like, girl,
35:42you just narrowly escaped
35:44a situation.
35:46What are you doing?
35:48We moving on the low.
35:50We getting into something.
35:51Nearly a year
35:52after Claudia's death,
35:54Madam re-upped
35:54her supply of silicone
35:56and made plans
35:57to inject a group of ladies
35:59that included a stripper
36:00named Sherry King.
36:02February 19, 2012,
36:08we received a call.
36:09A captain said,
36:10Johnny, I got a female
36:11who's currently
36:12at Lankanel Hospital,
36:13and she's injured
36:15as a result of silicone injections
36:17traveling through her bloodstream.
36:19We get to the hospital
36:20to meet with Miss King
36:22as she was struggling to breathe.
36:24She was scared
36:24she was going to die.
36:25And she informed us
36:28that the Black Madam
36:28had given her an injection,
36:30and then she was willing
36:32to work with us
36:32and help us
36:33get the evidence we needed.
36:35Two weeks later,
36:37Sherry called.
36:39She said,
36:40hey, you think you set up
36:41an appointment with Lillian?
36:42I want to get the bottom
36:43of my butt completed.
36:44I said, absolutely,
36:45I got you.
36:45Shakira was able
36:46to convince her.
36:47The date and time was set.
36:49I had then heard
36:50from Sharnell telling me
36:52that Sherry wanted to see me
36:54because some of the product
36:55had leaked out.
36:56I was happy
36:57to give her a refill.
36:59Little did I know,
37:00Sherry was in the hospital
37:02coughing up blood
37:03from the injections,
37:05and she had put a sting together,
37:07set Lillian up,
37:08and she called the police.
37:10The Black Madam
37:11underestimated the value
37:12of my team.
37:13She was absolutely
37:14not going to get away with this.
37:15February the 29th, 2012,
37:17I had arrived at Sharnell
37:19at Sharnell's house.
37:20As she entered the property,
37:21we had detectives front and rear
37:22with search warrant in hand.
37:24I had no idea
37:25I was being set up.
37:27I had arrived at Sharnell's house
37:29for the appointment,
37:30and I was waiting
37:31for Sherry to come.
37:34Suddenly,
37:35there's a knock at the door.
37:37Sharnell goes to the window.
37:40I'm like,
37:41why is it men in suits
37:42with guards at my door?
37:44She says,
37:45oh my God,
37:46it's the police.
37:49I'm sitting there
37:54like Jesus
37:55at the Last Supper.
37:56They kick the door in.
37:58The cops get their guns out.
38:00Get down.
38:00Everybody get down.
38:02And a quite handsome detective
38:04came in and said,
38:04oh, it's you, madam.
38:07You're just the girl
38:09we're here for.
38:11And then he handcuffed me
38:12to the chair.
38:13That's when
38:15everything clicked in.
38:17Lillian was a killer.
38:19She wasn't a nurse.
38:20And everything
38:22that she had been telling me
38:23was a lie.
38:24We got her right-handed.
38:25We now had the silicone
38:26that she was going to use,
38:28and we took her
38:29into custody.
38:31And I said,
38:32well, can I put my coat
38:33over my head?
38:34And he was like,
38:34no, madam.
38:35This is your world premiere.
38:38My lawyers
38:39will speak to you guys.
38:40Now Winslow
38:41stands charged
38:42with third-degree murder.
38:43We're happy to tell
38:44she's off the street.
38:48Someone died
38:49a year prior.
38:52You kept going.
38:54So death doesn't stop you.
38:57The bulls.
38:59Seeing her on the news
39:00broke my heart.
39:02I don't know
39:03what will possess her
39:04to continue to do it
39:05except for greed,
39:06money,
39:08for a slice
39:08of the devil's pie.
39:12She needs to be prosecuted
39:16to the fullest extent
39:17of the law
39:17when she killed Claudia.
39:19The fact that
39:20a second person
39:21almost died
39:22is almost tantamount
39:23to having a serial killer.
39:27I was facing
39:2835 to 70 years
39:30in prison.
39:33Being processed
39:34in the penal system
39:36as a transgender girl,
39:37I didn't have a penis.
39:38So they put me
39:40in female prison
39:41and I remained
39:42in remand
39:43awaiting trial.
39:46On February 17,
39:482015,
39:49Black Madam
39:50was forced
39:51to face her
39:51former clients
39:52in a court of law.
39:54Black Madam
39:55as her murder trial
39:56begins in Philadelphia.
39:59The stakes
39:59of a high-profile trial
40:01is it's always
40:01your struggle
40:02with the victims
40:02to get through
40:03the test fight.
40:03I cried
40:05on that stand.
40:07The only reason
40:07why I was a witness
40:08was to help Cherry
40:09because she almost died.
40:10If this was
40:11that happened to me,
40:12would I want my friends
40:13to put the lady in jail
40:15that did it to me?
40:16You fucking right I would.
40:18Judging her history
40:19from 2008
40:20till she testified
40:22in court,
40:23that person
40:24had no remorse.
40:28During my trial,
40:30the DA went crazy
40:31with she's barbaric.
40:33The woman they call
40:33the Black Madam
40:34was back on the stand today.
40:36She blurted out,
40:37you twist things,
40:38Mr. Vega.
40:39You're trying to hang me.
40:41However,
40:41in my defense,
40:42I truly felt like
40:43I was helping others
40:44with this silicone game.
40:46It was what my friends
40:47and I were getting done.
40:49So I didn't connect
40:50the dots.
40:51She tried every version
40:54of why she was
40:55not culpable
40:56and it was their fault.
40:58I call it evil.
41:00I have to honestly
41:02deal with the reality
41:04of what I've done
41:04to myself
41:05and even to have it removed,
41:07you'll be disfigured,
41:08permanently disfigured.
41:10I don't know
41:11if silicone
41:14moved to my heart
41:15or my lungs
41:15gave me a heart attack.
41:17I may need
41:17to get an amputation.
41:19I've destroyed my body.
41:22I'm completely
41:22a shell
41:24of who I used to be.
41:26I know for a fact
41:27I'm a ticking time bomb.
41:28I'm probably going
41:28to get cancer
41:29and die one day.
41:31That's the sad part.
41:33In 2015,
41:34I was 46 years old
41:36and I had been found
41:37guilty of murder
41:38in the third degree.
41:42I was the first one
41:44to secure
41:44a murder conviction
41:45for death
41:47caused by silicone.
41:49I had been sentenced
41:50for 10 to 20 years.
41:51I was
41:54devastated.
41:59It's just...
42:01When that verdict
42:02came in,
42:03I was upset
42:04that possibly
42:0520 years
42:05of my sister's life
42:07would be gone,
42:08but I was happy
42:09that it wasn't
42:10the 70.
42:12In June of 2015,
42:14Patch Victoria Winslow
42:15began serving
42:16her sentence
42:17at SCI Muncie
42:18Prison for Women.
42:19While serving my time,
42:25most of all,
42:26I thought about
42:27Claudia's death.
42:30I did a lot of
42:31thinking,
42:32a lot of soul-searching,
42:33and I realized
42:34that I definitely
42:35had no authority
42:36to do what I did.
42:39And if I hadn't
42:40gone down that path,
42:42Claudia would be
42:43alive today.
42:44I think people
42:45make bad decisions
42:46and what she did
42:46was wrong
42:47and cost someone
42:47their life,
42:48but when you
42:49think about
42:49the story
42:49of Black Madam,
42:50I think it's
42:50important to
42:51develop a sense
42:51of empathy.
42:53There's good
42:53and bad
42:54in all of us,
42:55and so if you
42:55care about
42:56Black people,
42:56right,
42:57and you care
42:57about all
42:57Black people,
42:58I think it's
42:59important to
42:59reduce the judgment,
43:01connect with the love,
43:02because there's
43:02something good
43:03to pull from
43:03everybody's story.
43:06February the 28th,
43:082022, Madam
43:11was released
43:12from prison
43:13at 52 years
43:14old.
43:16I was ready
43:17to start
43:17life over again,
43:19and now
43:19Black Madam
43:20is free.
43:23Just getting out
43:24of jail,
43:2410 years.
43:26I went straight
43:26to the recording
43:27studio in my
43:28jailhouse,
43:29Browns.
43:30Straight from
43:30the jailhouse
43:31to a recording
43:32house, honey.
43:33I paid the price.
43:35Now give me
43:36back my life,
43:37baby.
43:37And I recorded
43:38my first single,
43:40Bougie Bitch.
43:40Young niggas
43:41tried to take
43:42everything I got,
43:43but you couldn't
43:43take the bougie
43:44out of the bitch.
43:45I put the case
43:46on some big-time shit.
43:47Bitches flying in
43:48for a little tuck-knit.
43:49I'm such a fly gal,
43:51bougie bitch.
43:54I continued
43:56making goth-inspired
43:58rap music
43:58as the recording
43:59artist Black Madam.
44:03As well as
44:04I wrote my book,
44:05memoirs infamous
44:06by Black Madam.
44:08My intentions
44:09moving forward
44:10is to definitely
44:11stay away
44:12from any pumping
44:13and to continue
44:15my never-ending
44:16dreams of making
44:17music my reality.
44:19Today,
44:21Patch Victoria
44:21Winslow is free,
44:23but black market
44:24injections are still
44:25killing women
44:26and doing
44:27permanent damage.
44:29Now that I know
44:31better,
44:31I intend to do better.
44:33So I have my
44:34Stop the Pump campaign
44:35STP
44:36because I do
44:37want to spread
44:38the narrative
44:38to never,
44:40ever, ever
44:40get those injections.
44:43I am truly sorry
44:45for the people
44:45that I've harmed.
44:48Was I a doctor?
44:49I was not.
44:50Should I have been
44:51doing this to them?
44:52I should not.
44:53But I understood
44:55and they understood.
44:58It was a game
44:59of Russian roulette
45:00we were playing.
45:29But I know
45:29the half of the people
45:31are not
45:31going to do
45:32most of us
45:32because I know
45:33they didn't
45:34have a lot of
45:35how to do that.
45:35It's not hard to do that.
