00:00Hello and welcome to Manchester World. My name is Theo Heusenbet and it's the start of another
00:04wonderful new week here in Manchester. So let's have a look at some of the brilliant things that
00:08you can do to occupy yourself this week in this amazing city. We've got some brilliant options
00:13for you so buckle in. We're going to start with sports and a brilliant offering at the National
00:17Football Museum where they're showing all of England's 2025 Women's Euros matches on a big
00:21screen in the museum. It means that you'll have access to the place after hours and there's also
00:25an on-site bar as well as giving you the option of ordering a pizza ahead of time too so that you
00:30have something to snack on to keep the nerves away. It sounds like a great opportunity to enjoy the
00:34games so get down there and give it a go. On to music now and the big story is obviously that the
00:39first few of the Oasis reunion gigs are taking place in Heaton Park this weekend. There are gigs on the
00:4411th and 12th as well as the 16th and then the 19th and 20th too. There are over 300,000 Oasis fans who've
00:50managed to get tickets for the reunion tour and a good proportion of those people will be walking the
00:54streets of Manchester over the next seven days so please be aware of how that could impact your
00:58travel plans. It is said to be magnificent though so good luck if you've managed to get tickets and
01:03are going along. While we're on music the music for the census tour is now open in Manchester. It's a set
01:07of amazing music related pieces of art, murals, mosaics and more that celebrate the musical history
01:12of this city. There are more than 80 overall and it is here till the end of August so it should give
01:18you ample time to see them all. I'll be doing a video on a few of the pieces later this week as well
01:22so stay tuned for that. Finally the Greater Manchester Classic Car Boot Sale is over at
01:25Media City this weekend. It promises to be a great time. You'll see some amazing vintage cars dealing
01:30out some amazing pieces of vintage fashion and pieces of homeware too. If you didn't make it down
01:35last year please make sure you get down this time but that's all for now. Thank you very very much for
01:40watching and follow Manchester World for more. We'll see you again soon.
