00:00Sean Diddy Combs' fate has been determined.

00:03After weeks of testimony in the rap mogul's sex trafficking trial,

00:07a New York jury has issued its verdict.

00:09Combs was found not guilty on count one, racketeering conspiracy.

00:13As to count two, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion,

00:17which pertained to victim one, Cassie Ventura, he was also found not guilty.

00:21On count three, transportation to engage in prostitution,

00:25also pertaining to victim one, Cassie Ventura, and commercial sex workers,

00:28he was found guilty.

00:31Combs was found not guilty on count four, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion,

00:36which pertained to victim two, a.k.a. Jane.

00:39And count five, transportation to engage in prostitution,

00:42also pertaining to victim two, Jane, and commercial sex workers, he was found guilty.

00:47Since May, the prosecution has been arguing that the Bad Boy Records founder

00:52had used his sprawling network of employees to carry out illegal activity,

00:56including orchestrating days-long freak-offs that required an onslaught of illegal substances

01:01and sex workers around the country.

01:04Combs' former employees, including assistants George Kaplan,

01:08who received immunity for his testimony,

01:10as well as Capricorn Clark, and a woman who was only called Mia during the trial,

01:15had taken the stand to share their experiences working for him.

01:18Clark had testified that Combs forced her to go with him to, quote,

01:23kill rapper Kid Cudi, whose real name is Scott Muscutty,

01:26after learning about his romance with Combs' ex, Cassie Ventura,

01:30whom the music mogul dated on and off from 2007 to 2018.

01:35Ventura also took the stand in the case.

01:38Combs had pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy,

01:42sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion,

01:46as well as transportation to engage in prostitution.
