00:15And now we're here considering a rule that only allows for one hour of debate.

00:20This bill is within the jurisdiction of 12 different committees.

00:23One hour is ridiculous.

00:25And every minute we're finding out new things that were snuck into the bill.

00:28A tax cut for whalers.

00:30And now we're learning about a gambling tax.

00:34Republican leadership and the White House are jamming this bill down our throats.

00:38And for what?

00:39We are not on a deadline.

00:41No looming crisis.

00:42We're here because Donald Trump wants a 4th of July party to celebrate this garbage bill.

00:48He wants fireworks and flags and cameras.

00:50Not for this country, but for himself.

00:53So he says close your ears, close your eyes, and vote for this bill.

01:39Let's talk facts.

01:41It slashes Medicaid.

01:42Cuts Medicare.

01:44Dismantles the ACA.

01:45It shutters rural hospitals.

01:47Closes nursing homes.

01:49Wipes out health centers.

01:50It takes food off kitchen tables.

01:52Throws clean energy workers out of jobs.

01:55Spikes utility bills.

01:56And why?

01:57So billionaires and oil companies can cash in.

02:02Billionaires get tax breaks.

02:04Working families get scraps, if that.

02:07Jeff Bezos just had a $50 million wedding in Venice, and they want to give him another

02:14Meanwhile, families making under $50,000 a year, well, they get less than a buck a day

02:20You can't even buy a cup of coffee with that.

02:23And the cost?

02:24Over $3 trillion added to the debt and a $5 trillion debt ceiling raise.
