00:00So it's not a favourite restaurant but I love Dockyard Social and I know it's been here for years
00:04but I just like each time I go there seems to be a different rotation
00:08and also whenever you go as part of a group you can go, everybody can go and get different things
00:13I hate having to try and, I don't know, justify my favourite restaurant to someone
00:16So it's a collection and it's Dockyard Social
00:19Favourite pub boy, I'll go McKeown's, we're Celtic fans and before the Celtic game
00:23the train gets you there and that's the first stop after the train station to get to Celtic Park
00:29Favourite cafe, there's two different types, there's like, say if you're in the mood for a nice fancy one
00:35where you're Missy's or something like that, it's different
00:37I actually prefer the Barras, if you've just got a wee greasy spoon
00:40I can't remember the name of the one just up there, yes, Newmarket Cafe
00:43I just went in before we came in and I'm going to say that as the favourite place to eat
00:46because there's something that just feels like you belonged inside it
00:50So that's my favourite cafe, my favourite venue has to be the Barralands
00:53I think it's really hard to top the Barralands
00:55There's loads of other good ones, like you've got King Touch, which again is like a pathway
00:59SWG Free is also, I think, becoming one of the coolest venues to go and play
01:04but there's something historic and traditional about the Barralands that you just cannot get over
01:09Being lucky to play it once, and I think it just blows out the water
01:13Even the wee secret tunnels underneath the Barras to get you to the stage
01:17That was like another layer uncovered, so the Barra's hands down for me
01:21I'm going to go Kelvin Grove Art Gallery and Museum
01:24because I didn't realise, I had been past it, I had had picnics outside it
01:30I had a few cans in the park beside it, I've never been inside it
01:34I went to see the Salvador Dali painting the other month, and I think I was looking for some inspiration
01:39and then I forgot that it's a museum and an art gallery
01:43and I know that's such a stupid thing to say, but we walked in and I was expecting art
01:47and it was just, there was like a Spitfire, so I was just like, this is the coolest place
01:52and he's going to struggle to get past BEMS I think
01:54BEMS, I'm going to hands down say BEMS
01:56We were lucky enough to collaborate with him way back for our first EP
02:01and his rise has been amazing to see
02:04One of the coolest things though, is how people have championed him
02:08He's such a good guy, and people have really backed him, so I'm going to say BEMS
02:13Favourite neighbourhood
02:14Zach's behind me going, right here, it's definitely the Barras, right?
02:17But would you live in the Barras?
02:19Nah, he's saying that he would live here, there's no chance I know Zach he wouldn't live at the Barras
02:23But, for general things to do in D, and also if anybody's coming to Glasgow
02:28and they say where to go, the Barras
02:31So I'm going to say right here, which is where my favourite cafe is as well
02:34Glasgow hero, Billy Connolly
02:36I've actually watched a documentary like two days ago about Billy Connolly
02:41and there's just something about him and he just embodies the culture
02:46I don't know if we are maybe on the age group where Billy Connolly's starting to be older
02:50Anybody from Scotland, let alone Glasgow, go back and just watch
02:55and just hear how he talks about people who talk in pubs and what they do and how they do it
02:59So much has changed, but everything's so similar to how it actually is just now
03:03So, Billy Connolly hands things
03:04Thanks
