00:00To usapang pagkain naman tayo, kung akala nyo ang steak ay para lang sa mga sosyal o western style na kainan,
00:08think again, dahil dito sa Pilipinas, may sarili tayong paraan para gawin itong spesyal.
00:13Kaya tara, tikman natin ang T-bone steak with mixed veggies and Chef Joey Donoso.
00:21Dito lang sa Sarap Pinoy.
00:24Sa dami ng food choices ngayon, minsan classic pa rin ang panalo.
00:29Tulad na lang ng T-bone steak paired with stir-fried mixed veggies.
00:33Dito lasang-lasa mo ang beef, lalo na pag perfectly cooked.
00:37Samahan pa ng gulay na may konting butter at seasonings.
00:41Talagang masasatisfy ang cravings mo.
00:44Kaya para turuan tayo kung paano ito lutuin,
00:47tara at magtungo tayo sa Marikina City at samahan si Chef Joey Donoso at Hilda Ahero dito sa Sarap Pinoy.
00:58Tara, umpisa na tayo magluto ng T-bone steak.
01:03First, nalagyan natin siya ng seasoning.
01:06Make sure na tuyo ang ating steak para kumapit ang seasoning.
01:13Okay.
01:14Spread evenly.
01:15Matapos ibabad ang seasoning sa T-bone steak for about 15 minutes,
01:29sunod naman itong i-grill.
01:31Una-munang ilagay sa grill pan ay ang oil at butter.
01:34Normally, it will take about 3 minutes each side.

01:452 minutes na each side.

01:47Pwede na natin ilagay sa plate.
01:56Sunod naman na niluto ay ang side dish ng steak na stir-fried bell pepper with onions.
02:01Olive oil again.
02:04First, onion.
02:10Pag medyo nagkaramellize na siya,
02:15nalagay naman natin susunod yung green and red bell pepper.
02:22And then salt and pepper.
02:24So, isutay lang natin for about a minute.
02:36Matapos maluto ng mixed veggies ay sunod naman na inayos ni Chef sa isang plate,
02:41ang T-bone steak with mixed veggies and special sauce.
02:45Ito na ngayon ang ating T-bone steak.
02:52Kaya kung naghahanap ka ng dish na pang special occasion o simpleng reward after a long day,
