00:27The venue is the brainchild of retired businessman Patrick Chin who has long

00:32dreamed of having a cafe of his own. My first cafe dream was it was during Dave

00:39Delhi time. I don't know whether during my time I was working and I used to drop by this first

00:45in Wismar, Atria that's where I was found a love for it you know me like one day I want to go to the cafe

00:52right and the cafe is named under my name you know what I mean. Stepping into Dear Patrick is almost

00:59like stepping into a time capsule. The space is filled with earthy hues and wooden finishes that

01:05give off a snug old-school vibe. Vintage movie and music magazines like Galaxy hang on the walls.

01:13They give me back comfort western food at affordable pricing that's what I mean. So it gives everybody

01:21an opportunity you know to taste it. You know you have to go for an expensive restaurant to have a good burger.

01:29Food wise there's plenty to enjoy. Their dishes are a scrumptious blend of hearty flavors and

01:35beloved western staples. The signature dish is definitely Patrick's sizzling chicken, a perfectly

01:42seared golden brown chicken chop bathed in savory mushroom sauce. Another delight is Patrick's go-to hot dog

01:49which combines cream cheese and a dollop of honey mustard with sweet caramelized onions.
