00:03and there hasn't been anything close to serious about trading them.

00:08And so I'm not sure where all this reporting came from.

00:11But those guys are key parts of our team, and we're lucky to have them here.

00:19Like, I think especially because they were able to move on

00:22from the contracts of Porzingis and Holiday as quickly as they did,

00:25and they still have, if they want, Hauser's contract to get out of.

00:30You and I both want them to keep Simons,

00:32but Simons is way more likely to get traded than either White or Brown.

00:36Because I just feel like you do have a season to play.

00:39I am not of the tank, right?

00:40Like, Wiggy wants them to tank the whole season.

00:42I'm not of that mindset.

00:44Plus, when Tatum returns, this is what you're always going to be thinking about.

00:46When Tatum returns, do you want him playing with Jalen Brown and Derek White,

00:51or do you want him playing with a whole new cast?

00:54And if your answer is the whole new cast, like, you better tell me who they are.

00:58Like, it better be guys that can team up with Tatum right away and be really good.

01:02And I'm just not sure you can do better than Brown and White right now.

01:06So, look, they could still move Hauser.

01:08They could still flip Simons.

01:09I would be fine with the first.

01:10I would be against the second.

01:12I don't think Jalen Brown and Derek White are going anywhere.

01:15He, by the way, he said nothing became close to getting done,

01:20like anything we were going to entertain or however he worded it.

01:22But he definitely didn't shoot down the idea that teams were calling about those guys.

01:30He's like, no, no, we took calls.

01:32Nothing got close, but we took calls.

01:33And he pretty much confirmed.

01:34Well, the Porzingis trade was a three-team deal, right?

01:37So, you're automatically talking to two teams right there.

01:39Holiday got traded to another team.

01:41So, those are three teams right there that you know that Brad Stevens had to talk to.

01:45You don't think any of those three teams were like, what would it take for Brown?

01:48What would it take for White?

01:49And then maybe they discussed that and they realized, ah, it doesn't really work out.

01:52But like, can I interest you in a Porzingis?

01:54And they're like, sure.

01:55And then that's what it ends up being.
