01:24He's trying to grow Emirates GBR,

01:26build the brand, build the product.

01:28Well it says one thing loud and clear,

01:30that's British Sailings entering a new

01:32era. So what's happening?

01:34Well Dylan's come and taken the wheel.

01:36The team has everything to prove.

01:38And Ben, well he's not disappearing, he's

01:40repositioning. From on-deck hero

01:42to power broker behind the scenes.

01:44Dylan has come out of the gates flying

01:46to ensure the Emirates GBR team

01:48are still a force to be reckoned with in this league.
