00:00So particularly for peer jumpers or people who are swimming beyond their
00:03means and we really advise that they well for starters don't peer jump but
00:08stay and swim in between the red and yellow flags which is the safest place
00:11to be and make sure that if you do find yourself in difficulty that you practice
00:15your float to live and that you wave and signal for help. We also advise that for
00:19people who are like digging holes in the sand not to dig holes that are deeper
00:22than themselves and definitely not to do any tunnelling of sorts for the risk
00:26but there could be a sand collapse so for people to stay safe we really
00:29recommend that today we really recommend that you're wearing some cream drinking
00:33lots of water and sort of being sensible of your behavior and not peer jumping and
00:38not like digging really deep holes and if you do dig a hole to fill it in after
00:42yourself
