00:00Lately I think I've just been not looking at the comment sections because I don't think they
00:06ever I never leave feeling like that was a good thing to do. So I think just like for me I've
00:14been trying to post and just put my phone away and not look at it and then I try not to scroll.
00:19Scrolling is actually just not good for your brain. It's terrible and we all get caught doing
00:24it and then you're sitting there for like 12 hours. That's a long time. You're filming that one and you're like I feel so drained it's just not good for you. I mean therapy is like an obvious answer. There's this book called I think it's either called The Magic or The Secret. It's all about gratitude. That one always pulls me out of a slump. And this is also stupid but like working out actually really helps. Physical activity really helps even though it fucking is you don't that's the last thing you want to do.
00:52I feel like because I think social media is a root of a lot of people's mental stuff right now. I think it not the root but I think it makes it so much worse because everyone's looking at everyone's version of life and like thinking that their life should look like that. When in reality we're all like making sure our posts look good and they're you know that's not like what our lives actually look like and I don't know I think that in in times when social media didn't exist it was like I think it was less of an issue right.
01:22Like mental health. Like mental health. Yeah. And I don't know it's important to talk about it because a lot of people go through it.
