00:00I do think culturally like we are becoming more aware as far as knowing

00:07that I don't know it's okay to talk you know about your feelings it's okay to

00:13express you it's good and healthy to talk about it if you're not feeling well

00:17I hope that we can only just keep helping people feel that I think that I

00:23don't know it's hard life is hard no matter what and things are crazy but

00:29at least you have somebody to talk to about it you have a friend anybody like

00:34that makes a world of difference so I think that social media is is one of

00:41those things that we have to use I mean sparingly it's so hard we're so addicted

00:46to our phones but I think that you're not getting a true picture of reality when

00:52you are looking at social media it looks like everybody's life is perfect or you

00:56know everything is hate you know it's just extreme all extreme and you only

01:01have to portray you know what you want people to see so I it's hard not to keep

01:06scrolling but I I think you I limit myself I really do and that is good for my

01:12mental health to just get off the screen get outside go you know live life for

01:17real social media can be a real real void for me personally and everybody's

01:22different I'm obviously not a doctor but for me personally that is really what

01:28drove me to music was looking for some kind of a self-soothe and I think that is

01:33what it is self-expression having an outlet whether it's creating music or

01:40painting or something just making the end of your day seem like you know it's

01:46better or at least different than if you weren't here like you put something into

01:52the world and feeling for me personally like I don't know even if it's just for

01:58myself like that I I live today I express myself I drew a picture you know I wrote a

02:03song I played the piano and I made made some tiny piece of the earth a little bit

02:08better even if just for me like that's that's worthy
