प्राचीन पांडुलिपियों से लेकर पारंपरिक गहने तक. ये हैं तेलंगाना की आदिवासी संस्कृति की धरोहर. ये हैदराबाद के प्रोफेसर जयधीर तिरुमाला राव का संग्रह है, जिन्हें वे पांच दशक से ज्यादा समय से इकट्ठा कर रहे हैं. हैदराबाद के पब्लिक गार्डन के एक कमरे में रखे संग्रह में बैलगाड़ियां, ढोकरा कला, संगीत वाद्य, दुर्लभ पांडुलिपियां जैसी कई कलाकृतियां हैं. उनके संग्रह में साढ़े चार हजार से ज्यादा सामान हैं. ये तेलंगाना के आदिवासी समुदायों की मान्यताओं, रीति-रिवाजों और रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी की झलक पेश करती हैं. प्रोफेसर जयधीर बताते हैं कि विशाल संग्रह और उनके सांस्कृतिक महत्व के बावजूद उन्हें संग्रहालय के लिए जगह तलाशने में भारी संघर्ष करना पड़ रहा है. प्रोफेसर जयधीर को उम्मीद है कि सरकार उनकी मदद के लिए आगे आएगी. वहां लोग आदिवासी समुदायों की समृद्ध विरासत के बारे में जान सकेंगे और उसकी सराहना कर सकेंगे. अक्सर संग्रहालयों में आदिवासी विरासत को नजरअंदाज किया जाता है. ऐसे में प्रोफेसर जयधीर का संग्रह उनकी दशकों की मेहनत, आदिवासी संस्कृति की गहरी समझ और परंपराओं के प्रति सम्मान की अद्भुत मिसाल है.
