00:00Hi guys, today is Global Wellness Day and I know I'm not the best advertisement of it today, so if you've been following my journey, you will know that I had a seizure recently and I'm battling a really bad cold and in fact my voice sounds even worse than it did yesterday when I jumped on the live stream.
00:21But if you sound like me, you need today even more. So Global Wellness Day is celebrated every year and so what's it for? Well, it's a bit of a no-brainer. It's kind of to celebrate or to get people to be aware of their health and well-being and to try and nurture their health and well-being through activities that support the health and well-being.
00:43And one of the activities that I absolutely love doing is looking after my balcony garden. So it's not that massive at the moment, but it is, I'm going to be growing it because we have to move a lot of our plants to the front when they repainted this building.
00:58But I absolutely love it. Gardening, balcony gardening for me is just, it does, it really just does support health and wellness. And I've got this beautiful little succulent here. It's actually called Baby's Toast and would you believe today it actually opened?
01:16That is the actual truth. I've been waiting for this little flower to open for a few weeks. I've seen it there. And it actually opened today. So maybe that flower knew it was Global Wellness Day and it was going to flower for Global Wellness Day.
01:32So, oh, and this is my awesome wellness tech as well. And would you believe I did that live stream yesterday that talked about middle ear issues, which is what I'm having to sort of recalibrate now that I'm trying to balance my electrolytes.
01:50And would you believe infrared light has been shown in some studies to improve middle ear conditions, like reduce inflammation again and that sort of thing. And even some studies are saying reduce tinnitus, but this is not medical advice. I have no idea. I'm not a doctor or anything. This is just, I'm using this as an awesome wellness tech, all that biohacking and all that sort of stuff.
