Tributes have been paid to Britons feared dead after a Gatwick-bound plane crashed in India, including two wellness advocates and a couple with a four-year-old daughter.

00:00Here in Westminster, the Speaker of the House of Commons, Sir Lindsay Hoyle, as well as a number of other MPs,
00:12paid tribute to the passengers in the Air India crash on Thursday.
00:17While the MP for Harrow East, Bob Blackman, said some of his constituents in London had been notified of the deaths of their relatives in the Air India crash.
00:29Adding that there were four workers at temples in his constituency who had been notified that their relatives had died.
00:40Speaking to the BBC, Taran Patel, spokesperson of the Neesden Temple, said the tragedy would have a particular impact on the Gujarati communities in London,
00:54many of whom live in areas such as Harrow, Brent and Hounslow.
00:58The disaster marked one of the deadliest plane crashes in terms of the number of British nationals killed.
01:07The flight was carrying 241 passengers.
01:10However, miraculously, there was a sole survivor British national.
01:16Vishwash Kumar Ramesh recently told the Hindustan Times the lights on the plane started flickering before the aircraft hit the ground.
01:28Air India has now set up a friends' and relatives' assistance centre at Gatwick Airport to provide support in the wake of that crash in India.
01:39On Thursday, they said during a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, these centres are facilitating the travel of family members to Ahmedabad.
01:52Before we begin our proceedings today, I know that the whole House will have been horrified to hear the news of yesterday's air crash of our India flight from Gujarat to London.
02:04On behalf of the House, I can express our deep sorrow, this awful tragedy.
02:08I know that many colleagues have lost constituents and have suffered a devastating loss amongst those families, and they will be working tirelessly to support the families.
02:18Our thoughts are with them, and their friends and victims in India, the United Kingdom and around the world.
02:24I am expecting ministers to come to the House on Monday to make a statement.
