00:00Thank you so much, Caroline.
00:02Raquel, and then I can go to you.
00:04Thank you so much, Caroline.
00:05I have two questions.
00:06One about Israel.
00:08Yesterday, the U.S. ambassador to Israel
00:11said the U.S. no longer is pursuing the goal
00:13of an independent Palestinian state.
00:16Can you confirm that the president
00:17is no longer supporting a two-state solution?
00:20And is President Trump considering
00:21diplomatic action against countries
00:24who takes action against Israel
00:27during next week's U.N. conference?
00:30Right now, the president views
00:31the situation in Israel and Gaza
00:33as deeply unfortunate and needing to end.
00:36And the president is realistic
00:37about the current state of affairs
00:40in this region of the world.
00:41And that's why the president has said
00:43the number one focus and priority
00:45of the administration is to release
00:46all of the hostages from Gaza
00:48and to end this conflict as soon as possible.
00:50The administration is still pushing very hard
00:53for the release of all the hostages.
00:55And as for what happens next,
00:57clearly Gaza is an uninhabitable place.
01:00It needs to be rebuilt
01:01with the help of our Arab partners.
01:03And the president wants to see that happen as well.
01:05Take a couple more.
