00:02With Prime Minister Netanyahu visiting the White House today,
00:05yesterday the President said that he was working on a permanent,
00:08on a more permanent deal with Iran,
00:10but several days ago he didn't think one was necessary.
00:13What changed?
00:14Ms. Well, when you asked me about this,
00:16or when you all asked me about this several weeks ago,
00:19I said the President thought maybe an Iran deal was not necessary,
00:22but of course the President is always interested in peace and diplomacy.
00:25That remains true.
00:27And the administration continues to be in contact,
00:30both directly and indirectly, with the Iranians on a deal.
