04:59being nice enough to my robot and so now i was just trying to screw me over and i go this is just

05:13like no but what do you think about people who might use it for song writing see and i'm anti that
05:19too i mean there's definitely some help like i can see what are you doing but i'm a traditionalist

07:15distracted easily um and so like in writing rooms if i if my phone's in my hand if it's an ipad well
07:21t has a good idea where you put it on airplane mode so i could probably do that but like my phone
07:26stays in my bag unless like my husband needs me for anything but like i just that's the only way
07:32that i don't get distracted you know and i'm like a journal girl a little bible study gal i love

10:53like two days before oh and our kids like two days like yeah our kids were cracking up i had just
10:59had like a c-section like a major surgery like three months before something like this is not the
11:05time to be doing not the time but our kids loved them like forest kept being like mama more like
11:11more and i'm like dude i'm not gonna rollerblade all over this damn house all day like i will eat
11:15it and then he's like i want i want this to be like that fast food restaurant where they
11:19yes sonic when they go yes if you had to pick our single right now would you pick drunk girls in
11:25bathroom that's right well that's what i would see i think i feel like we talked about this yeah
11:29but the other like the other opinions are like it's not like country enough or like country radio

12:08have fun um and then drunk girls is like i mean inspired by very true events and i feel like so
12:14many women and then the men are like finally you're letting me in on like what goes on in the bathroom
12:19yeah and then chasing babies is like our everyday life right now yeah there's all there's also could be
12:26like uh uh drunk girls in men's bathrooms because oh yeah you accidentally walk into that happens too
12:32where the girls when the line is too long in the girls bathrooms and the girl comes in and they're
12:37like i don't even care if all these guys are in here i gotta go that that happens oh i've never done
12:42that so that is brave you just have to pee real bad that's the um that's the sequel junk drunk

12:48and just pop a squad by the bush or something i know we've done that plenty of times uh but yeah

13:44they'll go outside oh yeah if you had to it's not like the preference but it's like hey you gotta

13:53for 100 percent wait can i ask a question so you guys are you spend a lot of time together
13:59yeah okay so what advice would you give to somebody to get over like if you guys ever have a problem
14:08like how do you get over do you have adversity with each other ever never talk about it okay
14:14so what do you do i know we just talk it through yeah there's like a couple weeks ago where we like
14:19disagreed on something and i was like okay like the way that we understand you that's what we say
14:24help me understand and not like in a yucky way like i feel like sometimes i can come across like
14:29kind of jerky but i'm like help me understand your perspective so i can put myself in your shoes
14:34and let's see where we can meet in the middle exactly it's almost like when you're in a marriage
14:39and you know divorce isn't an option like yeah we know we're gonna work through it okay yeah
14:43oh yeah it's like we know that we're gonna get to the end it's just i need to use i need to make
14:48none of that saying so that i can use that with my wife i knew help me understand what you are
14:53trying to tell me right now because sometimes people say something and you hear something
14:56different and yeah you know like even t there's been times where like i misinterpret and she goes

15:06you're mad at me or you're this and she's like yeah and we it's not true yeah or whatever yeah but
15:11like it's all about the tone too like i think if it's like well help me understand what you know it's
15:16like then you're like that's not an open and never over text we don't yeah those conversations
15:20over text it's always called yeah in person yeah it's really interesting i know just respect each
15:24other i know but also being best friends for this long like we know how we like to be community like
15:29even in like your marriages it's like i i know i can tell if like she's having a day and i'm like
15:35this is probably not the time to discuss something that might be harder to discuss you know like i think
15:40it's timing and tone and like gentleness like showing up with a gentle heart you know this
15:46all sounds very mentally healthy like you guys are very mentally healthy we have done a lot of
15:51therapy yeah ketamine therapy all the therapy all the things yeah we've done it all
15:56we all of it yeah we got writing songs i think also oh that's the freak therapy yeah that's the
16:03one that makes us money sometimes which is great that's the therapy that pays for the therapy
16:07yes absolutely yeah not really musicians making money what i'm just kidding i'm just kidding we
16:21yell at each other sometimes we're kind of this is kind of like a marriage well that's what i was
16:24asking i was she's like how would me and rob get along how was it i know i feel like y'all are
16:29great little duo i think we actually argue and we yell at each other sometimes we have yelled we have
16:34yelled at each other because we've gotten frustrated but i will say it's only it's all it's uh but i'm
16:39not also mentally healthy so like i'm working on it we're not either we're just trying we're trying
16:44to be we're all humans just trying to human yeah it only happened over uh it was never in person
16:49though it was never in person that's the problem see it's almost like texting yeah because you can
16:53miss well i can't i can't see like yeah yeah that's true that's the whole thing but i the reason
16:58why i was asking okay is because i'm finding like when we talk to like a maddie like a maddie and tay
17:06i'm talking about like in third person um i find it so fascinating to like see how successful you are
17:13and like how you get to the and that could be success in anything like a number one song or like
17:18a great friendship and i want all of those like tips and tricks like i want to know what those things
17:24are so like to me that's i'm asking based on my own interest but then i also hope like when we
17:30play it on the air like somebody else can pull from that like that because we do this thing okay
17:36this is not to be offended we do a thing called just the tip tuesday and it's where we give a life
17:41hack so like in my mind i'm like this is going to be a great life hack it's like how to keep a
17:45friendship like mani and tay like that's like the greatest life yeah oh my gosh that would be so
17:48awesome if we're like best equals i know like we're old grannies up there just like
17:53love each other respect each other i know we said this in an interview earlier like our friendship
17:59is number one and then like which is hard because we're in business together so there's definitely
18:05been times like where we don't agree or like something works for her that doesn't work for
18:09me or vice versa okay and so it's hard but we're like on our friendship and like your well-being
18:14and my well-being what's the right choice here and then every time we do that it all works out like
18:19the business figures itself out once we figure out what's right trickles around yeah yeah yeah
18:25but did you guys meet as radio or did you meet as radio yeah that's hard so we met as friends
18:36first and then got into it so it's a little different yeah but but uh the other day i think
18:42i said i think i'm your best friend you're like i think i'm your best friend holly and i was like
18:46i have a best friend too rob like i'm not just i know i do have a best friend yeah we yeah we're
18:51like we don't really have really other best friends no our friendship's different than our
18:57friendships wouldn't you be like jealous yeah we're blood we'd be jealous if like there was
19:02another best friend maybe we do have a trio sometimes like one of our best friends her
19:06name's joy she actually styles us she styles all of our clothes oh god she does a really good job
19:10she is oh she crushes yeah um but she has a little baby boy and so the little trio we like
19:15all went to the zoo together last week and had the best time so like it's we it's not like
19:20i don't like territorial friends like we are more the more the merrier if your vibe is good then
