00:00I am going to now do some yoga to show you guys how I do that so my first yoga
00:09pose that I like to do is obviously I think it's the cow the cow movement and
00:17this is supposed to help elevate your breathing and help elevate your
00:22flexibility so you just want to breathe in and out
00:38and you definitely want to arch your back as best as you can and also keep your
00:44head held high and now we're going to push it back and we're going to put your
00:53arms on the floor off your yoga mat and by the way this yoga mat is from Amazon
00:58you can get them from Amazon or anywhere anywhere any like fitness store place so
01:03just put your arms down like this I know you can't really see me because of my
01:09hair and just put your head down
01:20make sure you're breathing right okay next I want to get some stretches in with my
01:30legs with my legs at the back yes my legs are at the back of my body so you're
01:36gonna just want to lift your leg a little bit and just try to hold that pose as
01:41much as you can it can be a little bit difficult if you're long like me and now
01:50even take your arm out and reach

02:08and this will help you gain more balance and more agility as I struggle my balance is always been off I

06:26hair is getting in the way some of you told me to put in a hair tie and that's
06:30probably a good idea but you know me oh fuck oh that is intense
06:42you could even do some lunges just to stretch everything out
